Why it stands out

  • ZLINE Paramount Series – The Paramount Professional Range Series has a polished appearance that fits any kitchen layout or style.
  • DuoPro™ Cooktop – ZLINE DuoPro™ produces up to 170,000 BTUs, twice the output of most standard 48 in. gas cooktops.
  • Dual Heat Zones – Inner burners go as low as 800 BTUs and outer burners reach 20,000-25,000 BTUs, with inner and outer rings working independently.
  • Simmer to Sear – Any burner covers the whole heat range, so you can simmer, sear, and boil at the same time.
  • Italian Brass Burners – Hand-forged in Italy, the brass burners form a protective patina and deeper brass color through oxidation, handle high heat, and resist warping.
More features
  • Auto-Reignition Burners – Eight dual-function burners restart automatically if the flame goes out, for better temperature control and safer operation when simmering, searing, sautéing or steaming.
  • Cast Iron Grates – Updated cast iron grates make sliding cookware between burners easy.
  • Black Satin Stainless – A vibrational, non-directional manufacturing process gives ZLINE Black Satin Stainless Steel resistance to fingerprints and smudges.
  • Front Knob Layout – A redesigned front panel has refined knob rings and is easy to operate.
  • Reversible Cast-Iron Griddle – The nonstick enameled cast iron griddle is reversible: a grill side sears vegetables and steaks, and a flat side suits sandwiches and hearty breakfasts.
  • LP Conversion Kit – Includes a kit that changes the burners from natural gas to LP; a professional must perform the conversion.
  • Lifetime Burner Warranty – Limited lifetime coverage on ZLINE Italian burners: replacement burners and caps, plus parts and labor for spark tips, if defective in materials or workmanship.
  • Manufacturer Warranty – 1-year parts and service warranty.
