EASY RETURNS POLICY . . . HOW THEY SHOULD BE

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30-day return policy. Within the period (30 days after receiving product), should you like to return your purchase and exchange it for another product(s), a restocking fee will not apply and a return ship will apply. If you do not want to exchange the product and it is within the 30 days after receiving, it can be returned and your purchase will be refunded less ship back fee when the product has been confirmed returned at one of our warehouses. Returns are not accepted beyond the 30 days from when you received your order.

With the exception of BOCCHI sinks and DAWN sinks, if you would like to return the product and not want an exchange and you are within the 30 days return policy, you can send the product back by using your own shipper at your own expense. 

Extensions, short kits, crown moldings, filters, dishwasher door panels, range doors, and all other accessories are non returnable and non refundable.

DAMAGE PRODUCT 

When the product is received, it must be inspected and reported for damages, tested for improper functionality or missing parts and reported to us within the 30 day returns period if any of above mentioned exists. Within the 30 day period, we will arrange to send an exchange or parts at our expense and also give an option to return for a refund. If it is beyond the 30 day period, we will replace the product or send parts but will not give the option to return the product for a refund.

Should a product be damaged or missing parts a restocking fee and return shipping costs will not apply.

All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never been installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable.

NOTE:  We do not refund or discount prices paid should there be costs incurred as a result of product being damaged or product received delayed or any other reason which we cannot control. 

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

- Any product that has been modified.  
- Any product that is not in resalable condition. 
- Any product not accompanied by an Order Number 
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.  
- Any range hood extensions, short kits, crown moldings, and filters.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to apply a 6% processing fee to your purchase refund should the order be cancelled for any reason anytime after it was placed.
