Size of the space, layout changes (moving plumbing, gas, or walls), cabinetry and countertop materials, appliance and fixture selections, and site conditions found during demolition. Starting prices reflect typical projects; your proposal itemizes your exact scope.
Are permits and project management included?
Yes. Every package includes project management, and your licensed partner contractor pulls the required permits and schedules inspections. Permit costs are included in your estimate.
Is the $750 design visit credited?
Yes. The in-home design visit, measurements, and 3D renderings are fully credited toward your project — or toward your Farmhouse product order if you choose the Design-Only package.
Can I mix packages or customize one?
Of course. Packages are starting points. Many clients start from Premium and upgrade specific items — appliances, countertops, or a curbless shower — and your proposal reflects exactly what you choose.
How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?
The timeline varies based on the scope of work. A basic refresh typically takes 1-2 weeks, while a complete kitchen remodel usually takes 4-8 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation based on your specific project.
Do I need to move out during the remodel?
For most projects, you won't need to move out. Your project team can set up temporary kitchen facilities and works efficiently to minimize disruption. For major renovations involving structural changes, we may recommend alternative living arrangements for a portion of the project.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes! We partner with several financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. Options include 0% APR for qualified buyers, extended payment terms, and home equity financing. We'll discuss all available options during your consultation.
What warranty do you provide?
All our work comes with a comprehensive warranty. Our Essential package includes a 1-year warranty, Premium includes 3 years, and Luxury includes 5 years. This covers workmanship and installation. Manufacturer warranties on products and appliances are additional.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?
Absolutely! While we can source everything for you at competitive prices, you're welcome to provide your own appliances, fixtures, or materials. Just let us know during the design phase so we can coordinate specifications and timing.
Who performs the construction work?
Construction is performed by independent contractors who are licensed and insured in your state and who build to the design and product specification prepared by our team. Farmhouse Kitchen & Bath provides the design services and supplies your cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures.
Do you remodel bathrooms too?
Yes. We design and remodel primary baths, guest baths, and powder rooms — vanities, tile, showers, tubs, and fixtures — using the same process as our kitchens.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Atlanta metro and West Palm Beach and the wider Palm Beach County area of South Florida, and we are adding licensed partner contractors in new markets. Include your address in the form and we'll confirm right away whether we can take your project.
