Frequently Asked Questions

1. When should I expect to receive my order?

Generally, expect to receive your order that you placed 3 to 7 business days after the day that you placed your order. (In most cases, we ship out the next business day after-which the order will be expected to arrive at your ship-to address 3-7 business days after the order is processed & shipped out from our warehouse).

NOTE:  During COVID, delays to supply chain may occur and therefore this may cause delays of up to 1-3 days in receiving your order. 

 

2. How do I obtain an order confirmation?

• Customer must provide a valid email address, Contact Information - Ship to and  Billing addresses and Payment Method during the checkout process.
• All orders are subject to verification and approval.
• All approved orders will be accompanied by an E-mail confirmation and our Norton Shopping guarantee from our secure payment server.
• All shipped orders will be followed by an E-mail confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

3. What are your payment methods?

- All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For credit card orders, the shipping address must be on file and confirmed by the credit card issuer.

- PayPal

- Klarna - Buy now pay later monthly payment plan

We do not accept COD orders.

4. What is your shipping policy?

Order Confirmation: Customer must provide a valid email address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an email confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be followed by an email confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, PayPal and Klarna (Buy now pay later plan). We do not accept COD orders.

Credit Card Orders: Shipping address must be on file and confirmed by the credit card issuer, except for American Express orders, which must be shipped to the billing address only.

Shipping: All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, except where noted (some models will be shipped via Truck Freight, due to their size and/or weight). Full insurance is included in all shipments. If the item has “FREE SHIPPING” then the item will have full insurance. Tracking number(s) will be provided by E-mail.

The following information must be included with all mail-order payments: Item model and size Mounting type: Island mount or Wall mount Shipping address (not a PO Box) Contact information (including E-mail address and phone). Items will be shipped and tracking number(s) provided by E-mail as soon as we confirm the tracking number from the particular warehouse.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will work with private parties/shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc) if pre-arranged by the customer. We will NOT honour returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.

 

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Please refer to our return policy on our website.

Prior to shipping, all Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath products are individually inspected to verify that they leave our facility in brand-new condition. We recommend that all customers inspect the packages immediately upon delivery, and test the item(s) for proper functionality prior to installation.

If shipping damage is discovered, please contact us by emailing customerservice@farmhousekitchenandbath.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery (the product(s) was received). We will instruct you as to how we will pick up the damaged product and then arrange to exchange the damaged product at our expense.

It is the customer’s responsibility to consult their ventilation specialist prior to purchase in order to assure that the product will fit its intended application, as well as comply with local building codes.

After the 30 days of receiving the product, all products to be returned for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

General terms (applicable to ALL returns):

• All returns must include the Order Number and name of the person.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes, are not refundable. 
• Altered items cannot be returned. 
• Items must be received in the original packaging materials, including the original, securely sealed box, Styrofoam panels, accessories, and instruction manual. 
• Items returned for a refund must be received in perfect condition, free from scratches, dents, or any other damage. 
• There are no refunds or exchanges on installed or used items. 

 

6.  What is the Manufactures warranty and can I purchase an extended warranty?

Manufacture's warranty listed: 

All our range hoods are subject to the 3-year warranty and a lifetime warranty on motor.

All our Faucets are subject to a lifetime warranty.

All our ZLINE Sink products are subject to a lifetime warranty. Other sinks brands have 3 year warranty.

All our Range products are subject to the 1-year warranty (Kucht is 4-year warranty).

All our Microwave products are subject to the 2-year warranty.

All our Dishwasher products are subject to the 2-year warranty

All our Refrigerators are subject to the 2-year warranty

 

We also offer 5 YEAR FULL WARRANTY (Purchase extra):

We do carry 5 years extended warranty on products ranging from product purchase up to $500.00 (APP5U500), up to $1,500.00 (APP5U1500), up to $3,000.00 (APP5U3000) and up to $5,000.00 (APP5U5000).
