Beautiful!

We were so happy to receive our range before Thanksgiving! It was perfect for baking all the pies, turkey, ham and all the sides. Love how the burners on stove have variety of size and heat. I love the design. All our guests thought it was beautiful.

Although we haven’t been able to install the equipment that we ordered yet, looking over the quality I am very impressed. Really pleased with our range purchased from farmhouse kitchen andbath. spoke with someone on phone prior to ordering and they were extremily helpfull and knownledgable. The range came within 2weeks and was deleivered to our doorstep(though the del service won't bring it inside they said for insurance reasons) but range works well and looks fab in our renovated kitchen.

We received the RG-36 range in excellent condition, we live on a ranch and a lot goes on with meals and the use of something working. We had a 48” Jenn-air, we are so happy to be rid of that piece of junk.

Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:

1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.

2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.

Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.

THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty

KUCHT - All products have 4-year warranty

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

3. SINKS WARRANTY:

ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have LIFETIME warranty.

LATOSCANA sinks have 3-year warranty.
