Love the functionality, the look, the quality and for the price, it really is hard to beat. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because when I spoke to the FarmHKB sales rep, they said it would take 3 days to ship to me when it toke 5 days. Other than that, I am very satisfied!

I found out there are other brands with each having small differences with each other. some had bad reputation for customer support, some were cheaper and some more expensive. Over all I decided to buy this product from farmhouse Kitchen and bath because when I called them I spoke to a person immediantly when they answered and they very helpful in answering my questions. I read the reviews and was sold. Since installing the unit and using it for the last 4 weeks, I love it and would recommend highly.
