Why it stands out

  • Classic Series – The Classic Series pairs timeless design with features that balance quality and affordability.
  • Brass Auto-Reignition Burners – The gas cooktop has 6 sealed brass burners, from 800 to 20,000 BTUs, that ignite easily and reignite automatically.
  • Dual Function Burner – One Dual Function Burner can simmer at 800 BTUs or sear at 20,000 BTUs.
  • Cast Iron Grate Design – A cast iron grate design makes it easy to slide cookware between burners.
  • Brass Burner Patina – Italian-made brass burners develop a patina and deeper brass color, an expected oxidation process that protects against corrosion while keeping temperature control and safety.
  • Knobs and Rings – Tapered knob rings and a carefully engineered control layout make operation easy.
  • Black Stainless Finish – Black stainless steel resists corrosion and exceeds standards for professional use.
More features
  • Easy Cleaning – The hand-finished one-piece porcelain cooktop is easy to clean and maintain.
  • LP Conversion Kit – An LP conversion kit is included to convert the unit to liquid propane from natural gas; a professional must do the conversion.
  • Lifetime Burner Warranty – Limited lifetime warranty on Italian burners covers replacement burners and burner caps, and spark tips for both parts and labor, against material or workmanship defects.
  • Manufacturer Warranty – The manufacturer warranty covers parts and service for 1 year.
  • Assembly Required – The rangetop ships in multiple boxes and needs minimal assembly on arrival.
