Geat customer service!

Charcoal Filter

I tried every way imaginable to install this filter as did my husband. We even called the man who installed my vent hood...which I LOVE.... He said this isn't the right filter for this vent hood. Ok, what do I do, now?!?! A couple of days later, out if desperation, I texted Customer Service at Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath. They verified that the filter I'd ordered did indeed go with my vent hood...OK... So, where/How does it attach to the motor?? They explained and even attached a video. The video wasn't much help but the Customer Service text had said there were 2 screws on both ends of the motor that didn't screw all the way in and that's where the filters attached. There were no written instructions with the filters, nothing! You have to be a contortionist to get those darn things attached once you figure out where they go! It wouldn't have helped if we'd known where and attached the charcoal filters before my new (gorgeous) vent hood was hung as they have to be replaced every 6 months or so!

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:

1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.

2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.

Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.

THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty
