This freestanding bathtub is hand carved from natural Verde Antico marble, quarried in Turkey. It has a sculptural silhouette and a honed finish, and it measures 34 inches wide, 79 inches long and 24 inches high. Each tub is carved individually by stone workers, which gives every piece its own mix of veining, texture, mineral detail and character.
Deep green with natural movement
Verde Antico is known for its deep green tones, natural veining and distinctive color movement. The honed surface is matte, so the green reads rich and even without glare. The solid stone body gives the tub an architectural presence that works in modern, contemporary, transitional and traditional interiors. Variations in color, veining, texture, mineral deposits, movement and natural markings are inherent in genuine stone, and moderate variation from tub to tub should be expected.
Honed green marble A matte surface that shows the deep green and the movement of the veins.
Hand carved Each tub is carved individually, so no two are exactly alike.
A large tub in green stone
At 79 inches long and 34 inches wide, with a height of 24 inches, this is a large soaking tub for a primary bathroom, best placed with open floor around it so the green stone can be seen from every side.
Size 34" W × 79" L × 24" H.
Installation Freestanding, with the filler on the floor or the wall.
Floor and plumbing first
Solid marble is heavy, and the floor must carry the tub full of water and in use, so a contractor should confirm the structure before delivery. A plumber sets the drain and a floor or wall mounted filler, and professional installation is recommended.
Why we chose it
Review before carving Technical drawings and images of the chosen Verde Antico block can be approved first.
Fully customizable Dimensions, design details and other specifications can be adjusted.
Deep green stone Verde Antico brings rich green tones, natural veining and movement to the bathroom.
Custom carved
This tub is made to order, and it ships within 8 to 14 weeks. It is fully customizable in dimensions, design details and other specifications. Before production, technical drawings can be provided for approval, images of the selected Verde Antico block and production updates on request, so the stone and design are confirmed before carving. To start, contact us with the project details.
Care
Verde Antico is a natural, porous marble, and acids can etch it. A stone sealer applied before the first use is strongly recommended, with regular resealing to protect against moisture and staining. How often depends on use and the type of sealer applied.
