For a safe and seamless setup, we highly recommend a simple two-step installation process:

First, have a certified electrician mount the lightweight radial brass framework and complete the hardwired ceiling connection.

Once the chassis is securely fixed, easily hook the individual hand-blown textured glass leaves onto the designated geometric retention pins starting from the inner ring to the outer ring. No complex tools or screws are required for the glass elements
Q4: Does it arrive fully assembled, or do I have to attach every flower?
To ensure 100% safe transit without damage, the delicate gold-rimmed glass blossoms and LED bulbs are packed securely in custom molded foam. The main heavy-textured bronze branch arrives fully intact. You or your electrician will simply need to easily pop the glass petals onto the designated sockets—a rewarding, stress-free process that takes less than 20 minutes!
Q5: How do I clean and maintain the bronze twigs and glass petals?
Thanks to our premium nano anti-oxidation glaze, the bronze will never rust or tarnish under home humidity. For routine cleaning, a simple feather duster or a light blast of compressed air will keep the branches pristine. For the glass blossoms, a gentle wipe with a dry microfiber cloth will restore their crystalline shimmer instantly. No chemical cleaners needed.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date
