Lead time depends on the manufacturer's stock and finish — call (800) 604-1380 Ext. 2 to confirm availability and lead time before you order. It ships by freight to your door; the carrier calls ahead to book a delivery window and a signature is required on delivery. Free shipping, our 30-day return policy and price matching apply.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty
