A1: All cabinets adopt premium 304 stainless steel as the core material. Quartz stone and stainless steel countertops are also available for selection.
Q2: What filler is used for cabinet panels?
A2: Aluminum honeycomb material is applied for internal filling.
Q3: What finishes are available for cabinet door panels?
A3: Multiple surface treatments are optional, including colorful lacquer, wood grain lacquer, pure stainless steel and powder coating.
Q4 & Q5: Can you make cabinets customized to my actual kitchen size?
A4 & A5: Customized production is our core advantage. We fully tailor cabinet sizes and layouts to match on-site space requirements.
Q6: What is the general delivery cycle?
A6: The standard production period is around 40 working days after deposit. The exact time varies by design complexity and order quantity.
Q7: What is your warranty policy?
A7: We provide one year of warranty service for all cabinet products.
Q8: How are the products packaged?
A8: Two packaging methods are provided.
Assembled packing: protected by plastic, foam, carton and outer wooden box.
Flat packing: layered protection with plastic, foam, carton and wooden box.
Q9: What are the advantages of stainless steel cabinets over MDF cabinets?
A9: Stainless steel cabinets are formaldehyde-free, fully waterproof, stain-resistant and easy to clean, with better durability for long-term use.
Q10: Do you offer products other than kitchen cabinets?
A10: As a comprehensive custom furniture manufacturer, we also provide wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, laundry cabinets, pantries and other customized furniture. Customers can independently purchase kitchen cabinets alone without purchasing other supporting furniture.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments. Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which: - Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date. - Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

ZLINE - All Range hoods have LIFETIME Warranty on the range hood motor fan and 3-Year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Range hoods have 2-Year warranty.
KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:
ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty
KUCHT - All products have 4-year warranty
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
3. SINKS WARRANTY:
ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have LIFETIME warranty.
LATOSCANA sinks have 3-year warranty.
