Finish & Faucet Preparation
Polished or honed finish, your choice. Faucet holes are drilled to US standards: 8-inch widespread, or single-hole, 4-inch centerset or wall-mounted preparation on request.
Made to Order
Built to your width, depth and height in the stone you choose. Send a sketch, elevation or CAD file and our engineer prepares a dimensioned shop drawing for your sign-off. Production begins only after approval.
Delivery
Your finished piece is photographed for approval, crated in laminated wood and shipped door to door with insured, tracked DHL Express. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks from approval, production included.
What Is Included
Only the stone sink shown. No faucets, drains, mounting brackets, mirrors, lighting or other accessories are included. If you would like the complete set as pictured, contact us for a quote.
Warranty & Care
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Clean with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner, avoid acidic or abrasive products and reseal periodically. Natural travertine varies in tone and texture, so your piece will differ from the photos.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments. Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which: - Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date. - Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
