The 48” Mercury Induction Model features an extra-large, 7-Mode Multi-Function Oven, as well as a second extra-large, true European convection oven. The Glide Out Broiler System with Full Broil and Half Broil mode provides complete coverage with adjustable heights and extendable gliding tray spacious enough to cook six 6-ounce steaks at once. Nine eye-catching hi-fi Style Controls deliver precise power to each burner and oven with stereo-like grace.

The ceramic glass surface cooktop with five induction burners and integrated capacitive touch controls efficiently utilizes, transfers, and captures 90% of the energy generated, as compared to only 55% with that of a traditional gas burner.

The new Bertazzoni 48" Induction Range is equipped with 6 cooking zones, bridge and cast iron griddle, available in stainless steel finish and the new Carbonio finish. Upgrade models feature the new Air Fry mode. MULTI-OVENS FOR MULTI-TASKING

With the 48” Mercury model, three separate ovens totaling six cubic feet can cook as little or as much as you want—and each space-efficient oven can fit a 25-pound turkey.

The multi-function oven offers seven cooking options including Defrost, Convection, Convection Broiling, Fan Assist Bake, Conventional, Browning and Base Heat, and comes equipped with a telescopic shelf that prevents the shelf from tipping forward when removing food from the oven. A second extra-large, true European convection oven evenly circulates heat for excellent cooking performance.

5-BURNER GAS COOKTOP

Offering precise control for expert cooking, the five-burner gas cooktop features sealed brass burners with an exceptionally large center burner for oversized stockpots and wok cooking.

Cast-iron pan supports are sturdy and durable, offering heavy-duty performance and resistance against wear and tear.

The five gas burners on the AGA Mercury range are topped with a porcelain-enamel finish, cast-iron flame spreader to provide heat distribution and retention for highly controllable cooking.

INNOVATIVE INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY

The AGA Mercury Induction Range offers an extra-large five-zone ceramic glass induction cooktop as an alternative to a gas cooktop. Induction cooking is safe and efficient, making use of 90% of the available heat, as compared to 55% with that of a gas burner. A pan detection function recognizes when a pan is placed on to one of the induction zones and will switch the heated zone off automatically when removed for enhanced safety.

With nine power settings, this induction hob offers enhanced flexibility to cater to all types of cooking, including low temperature and simmer settings. Each zone also has a boost function to rapidly reach maximum temperature.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:   

   1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.

   2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.

Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which: 
   - Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
   - Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
