Something went wrong with your shipment? We're here to make it right.
If your order arrived damaged, was lost in transit, or marked delivered but never arrived, file a ShipSafe claim within 30 days and we'll review within 2 business days.
What you'll need
- Your order number (e.g. #15432)
- The type of issue: lost, stolen, or damaged
- The date you discovered the problem
- For damage: photos of the packaging and the damaged item
- For theft of orders over $500: a police report number or signed affidavit
How to file

Include the items above in your email. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with the same information.
What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- If we need more information, we'll ask by email.
- Once we have everything, we resolve the claim within 5 business days.
- Approved claims are resolved via replacement, store credit, or refund (in that order of preference).
Before you file
A few things that can speed up your claim:
- Hold on to the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
- Take photos as soon as you notice the issue.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and the carrier first.
