Shipping Policy: Item will be shipped by freight carrier and will be delivered curbside. Freight carrier will unload the crate from the truck to the ground. Freight carrier will not deliver indoors.
White Glove service is available for an extra charge. This service includes bringing the piece inside customer’s home (1st floor) and placing it in the room of their choice. Customer must request white glove service at the time of purchase as it must be scheduled prior to shipping.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments. Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which: - Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date. - Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date
