What is included in the free consultation?
We offer a complimentary video or phone consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Following this, we schedule an in-home design visit ($750) where our designer measures your space, reviews layout options, and creates 3D renderings of your project. This $750 fee is fully credited toward your project should you choose to move forward — so there's no risk, just clarity.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes! We partner with several financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. Options include 0% APR for qualified buyers, extended payment terms, and home equity financing. We'll discuss all available options during your consultation.
What warranty do you provide?
All our work comes with a comprehensive warranty. Our Essential package includes a 1-year warranty, Premium includes 3 years, and Luxury includes 5 years. This covers workmanship and installation. Manufacturer warranties on products and appliances are additional.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?
Absolutely! While we can source everything for you at competitive prices, you're welcome to provide your own appliances, fixtures, or materials. Just let us know during the design phase so we can coordinate specifications and timing.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Your licensed partner contractor pulls all required permits and coordinates inspections, and our team makes sure the work meets local building codes and your approved design. Permit costs are included in your project estimate.
Who performs the construction work?
Construction is performed by independent contractors who are licensed and insured in your state and who build to the design and product specification prepared by our team. Farmhouse Kitchen & Bath provides the design services and supplies your cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures.
Do you remodel bathrooms too?
Yes. We design and remodel primary baths, guest baths, and powder rooms — vanities, tile, showers, tubs, and fixtures — using the same process as our kitchens.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Atlanta metro and West Palm Beach and the wider Palm Beach County area of South Florida, and we are adding licensed partner contractors in new markets. Include your address in the form and we'll confirm right away whether we can take your project.
