The James Martin Addison 36" single bathroom vanity cabinet combines a refined, Shaker-inspired design with modern utility features. Finished in a durable Mid-Century Acacia (parawood) tone, this 35.9-inch wide, 23.375-inch deep, and 34.5-inch tall unit offers a substantial footprint for single-sink bathrooms.
Engineered for Moisture and Daily Use
Handcrafted from kiln-dried Grade A solid hardwood and MDF panels, the cabinet is sealed inside and out with a premium undercoat finish to resist moisture and UV degradation. The floor-standing design features tapered corner legs connected by a bottom stretcher, elevating the unit for easy floor cleaning underneath.
Smart Storage and Quality Hardware
Storage is optimized with a single raised-panel door on the right and three full-width drawers on the left. Burnished nickel hardware includes premium soft-close door hinges and full-extension, soft-close under-mount drawer slides to prevent finger pinches. Drawer bottoms are lined with signature brushed aluminum laminate for spill protection and easy wiping, while the unit ships with a bamboo drawer organizer. An interior shelf is installed within the main cabinet space for vertical organization.
Built-In Power and Customizable Tops
Cable management and convenience are handled by a pre-installed, 120V, UL-rated electrical component featuring dual standard power outlets and a USB (Type A) port. This listing is for the cabinet only; pair it with a compatible James Martin countertop and undermount sink separately to complete your custom bathroom vanity installation.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty

ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have LIFETIME warranty.
