We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase and exchange it for another product(s) within the 30 days after you ordered, we will not charge any restocking fee or ship back fee. However, should you not want to exchange the product within the 30 days after ordered, a ship back fee will be charged ($50-$200.00 depending on the size of the return, the shipping partner or type of shipment, returned regular or LTD Shipment). With the exception of BOCCHI sinks and DAWN sinks, if you would like to return the product and not get an exchange but your refunded purchase and you are within the 30 days return policy, you can send the product back by using your own shipper at your own expense. Beyond the 30 days and up to 60 days from purchasing the product, If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange, we will only charge the 20% restocking fee. However, should you not choose to exchange the product an additional ship back fee will be charged. Returns are not accepted beyond the 60 days of ordering. Purchase refunds less restocking fee and ship back fees if applicable, will be issued when the returning product has been confirmed received at our warehouse(s) and inspected. Please note that extensions, short kits, crown moldings and filters are non returnable and non refundable.


Should the product(s) be damaged, experience improper functioning or missing parts when you receive the delivery, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will not apply. We will arrange to have the damaged product picked up and a replacement shipped at our expense. (Also, if you are missing any parts, they will be shipped out at our expense). This is providing that the same day the product is received, you must have inspected for damages from shipping, tested for improper functionality or missing parts and have reported it by emailing along with you 4 digit order number which you would have received when placing the order and detailed images/pictures of the damaged product(s). Once we receive this information, we will ship out the product(s).

All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never been installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable.

Please note:  We do not refund or discount prices paid should there be costs incurred as a result of product being damaged or product received delayed. 


- Any product that has been modified.  
- Any product that is not in resalable condition. 
- Any product not accompanied by an Order Number 
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.  
- Any range hood extensions, short kits, crown moldings, and filters.


All orders placed will fall under our Return Policy stated on our web site and orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
