EASY RETURNS POLICY . . . HOW THEY SHOULD BE

RETURNS

We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase and ship it back to us for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product(s), you will be refunded the purchase price. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount but a restocking fee will not apply. Please note that extensions, short kits, crown moldings and filters are non returnable and non refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product(s), we will arrange to have the products(s) pickup and the exchanged product sent to you. A restocking fee will not apply for exchanges but return shipping costs will apply. 

DAMAGE PRODUCT 

Should the product(s) be damaged, experience improper functioning or missing parts when you receive the delivery, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will not apply. We will arrange to have the damaged product picked up and a replacement shipped at our expense. (Also, if you are missing any parts, they will be shipped out at our expense). This is providing that the same day the product is received, you must have inspected for damages from shipping, tested for improper functionality or missing parts and have reported it by emailing customerservice@farmhousekitchenandbath.com along with you 4 digit order number which you would have received when placing the order and detailed images/pictures of the damaged product(s). Once we receive this information, we will ship out the product(s).

All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never been installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

- Any product that has been modified.  
- Any product that is not in resalable condition. 
- Any product not accompanied by an Order Number 
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.  
- Any range hood extensions, short kits, crown moldings, and filters.

 

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
