When you open your refrigerator, cool air will leak out and when you are stocking a large amount of items, the interior will get warm. Super Cool or Freeze option will quickly cool the interior back to your set temperature to help better preserve and keep things fresh.

INTEGRATED CAVITY TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
All ILVE oven cavities are heavily insulated to protect your cabinetry from heat stress and discoloration. This is one of the most important aspects to consider when choosing an oven.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
All ILVE appliances are made using 304 ‘surgical-grade stainless steel '. Nonmagnetic and rust-proof, ILVE ovens are also more hygienic as a result.

CATALYTIC OVEN CLEANING SYSTEM
ILVE’s catalytic cleaning system combined with the stainless steel fat filter positioned over the rear fan allows for automatic cleaning of the oven interior.

TRIPLE GLAZED COOL TOUCH ATHERMIC DOOR

QUICKSTART TEMPERATURE CONTROL
ILVE’s Quickstart pre-heat function heats to 347°F in less than 8 minutes. Combined with dual capillary thermostats for accurate temperature adjustment up to 482°F, ILVE ovens put you in total control of your cooking.

HEAVY-DUTY HINGES
Using two-point heavy-duty metal door hinges means ILVE ovens can withstand up to 55lbs. loads and close with a reassuring quality clunk.

EASY CLEAN GLASS DOORS AND CAVITY
ILVE oven doors are simply removed so even the interior oven glass can be cleaned without the need for costly service calls. Furthermore, ILVE’s high-quality baked enamel interiors are easy to clean, non-staining, and highly resilient.

CAST IRON TRIVETS
ILVE cooktops use heavy cast iron trivets with more fingers, as they retain heat better and provide more stability during cooking.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:

1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.

2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.

Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.

THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty

KUCHT - All products have 4-year warranty

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

3. SINKS WARRANTY:

ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have LIFETIME warranty.

LATOSCANA sinks have 3-year warranty.

4. MICROWAVE WARRANTY:

All Microwaves have 2-year warranty.
