SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

ZLINE - All Range hoods have LIFETIME Warranty on the range hood motor fan and 3-Year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Range hoods have 2-Year warranty.
KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:
ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty
KUCHT - All products have 4-year warranty
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
3. SINKS WARRANTY:
ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have LIFETIME warranty.
LATOSCANA sinks have 3-year warranty.
4. MICROWAVE WARRANTY:
All Microwaves have 2-year warranty.
Kucht - All products have 4-year warranty
5. DISHWASHER WARRANTY:
All Dishwashers have 2-year warranty.
THOR - 1-year warranty
Kucht - All products have 4-year warranty
6. FAUCETS WARRANTY:
All Faucets have Lifetime warranty.
