- There are 4 different designs of end rafters, please mention in purhcase the end rafter design or customize your own design, just send us a brief design, and we can develop and improve what you have in mind.
- Posts can be 6"x 6" or 4"x 4" of solid redwood.
- Rafters can be 2"x 6" or 2"x 4".
- Separation between rafters can be from 12" to 24".
- Height can be 8ft to 12ft.
- Length of pergola is measured from rafter to rafter. Therefore a 12ft x 12ft pergola would be 10ft x 10ft from post to post.

If you want to apply your choice of premium stain sealant or if you enjoy the natural color of redwood lumber, then clear no stain finish is perfect for you. This finish has no sealant applied; we deliver the product with a fine sanded finish only.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty
2. RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY:
ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty
