James Martin Alicante 39.5" Floating Single Bathroom Vanity
Engineered for modern bathrooms, the James Martin Alicante 39.5-inch single floating vanity delivers mid-century modern styling and moisture-resistant durability within a compact 39.4" x 15.6" footprint. Constructed from solid kiln-dried Grade A hardwood using poplar solids and birch veneers, the unit features a rich Mid-Century Acacia finish with recessed door detailing that adds depth to the minimalist frame.
High-humidity resistance is built directly into the cabinet, which is finished inside and out with a premium undercoat to protect against moisture and UV damage. Storage is optimized with two soft-close door compartments and an open center column featuring three horizontal shelves, providing accessible space for everyday toiletries. The included white mineral composite stone countertop and integrated sink provide a seamless, non-porous surface resistant to bacteria, mold, and mildew. The basin is pre-drilled for a single-hole faucet installation (faucet sold separately).

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date
