In the mountains of Japan, steaming onsen bathhouses are natural respites where water represents not just cleanliness but pleasure, and its surrounding presence lulls the body and mind into a state of ease and contemplation. So we followed the contours of round Hinoki cypress-staved ofuro soaking tubs as the inspiration for our deepest bathing experience. Our iteration flares slightly as it ascends, expanding its diameter to almost 1.5 metres to accommodate 613 litres of capacity, offering just enough space in which to lose yourself.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:
1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.
2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.
Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which:
- Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
- Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.
ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

ZLINE - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.
