Range comes with Five (5) Italian brass sealed burners that provide a perfect blend of power and precision, from two (2) 15,500 BTU burners to two (2) 10,500 BTU burners, and one (1) 7,000 BTU burner. The removable stainless steel griddle features an oversized brass oval burner with 10,500 BTU. Heavy-duty cast-iron grates provide a continuous cooking surface, making it safe to maneuver cookware from one burner to another.

Both ovens feature 3-pane glass windows for safety that can easily be removed for cleaning with mild soap (not dishwasher safe). Beneath the pair of ovens there is a drawer designed to keep dishes warm between 125°-200° before serving. Manual controls and durable components minimize service repairs over the lifespan of the product. SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are 2 methods used for shipment and delivery which are delivered curb-side:   

   1. FOR MOST RANGE HOODS, SINKS, FAUCETS AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS - FedEx Ground is used for delivery. FedEx will deliver the product and leave outside of premise only with out calling to arrange delivery.

   2. FOR RANGES, COOKTOP, DROP-INS, DISHWASHERS AND REFRIGERATORS - FedEx Freight is used for delivery. FedEx will call to arrange a specific delivery time and you will have to arrange to be at the ship to address to accept the product. FedEx will not deliver the product in the premise.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fedex Freight delivers the product curb-side only and arrangements to move the product inside the premise will have to be made by the customer.

Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided by the email supplied 1-2 business days* after the date of the order is placed and after which: 
   - Items shipped FedEx Ground will take 2-4 business days* after processing date.
   - Items shipped FedEx Freight will take 3-5 business days* after processing date

THOR - All Range hoods have 2-Year warranty.

KUCHT - Range hoods have 4-year warranty on range hood shell which includes control panel, stainless filters, chimney and motor.

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

2.  RANGES, OVENS, COOKTOPS AND DROP-INS WARRANTY: 

ZLINE  - All Ranges products and ovens have 1-year warranty. *Extended warranty can be purchased from CPS.

THOR - All Ovens, Cooktop and Drop-ins products have 2-year warranty

KUCHT - All products have 4-year warranty

ILVE - All products have 2-year warranty

3.  SINKS WARRANTY:

ZLINE & BOCCHI sinks have  LIFETIME warranty.

LATOSCANA sinks have 3-year warranty. 

4.  MICROWAVE WARRANTY:

All Microwaves have 2-year warranty. 

Kucht - All products have 4-year warranty

5.  DISHWASHER WARRANTY:

All Dishwashers have 2-year warranty.

THOR - 1-year warranty
